Par 70

The Priory Course this year will be changed to a par 70

IN line with future plans for 2008 the Priory course will be changed to a par 70, SSS69

This is to make the standard scratch and par differential change from 3 shots to 1. The changes will only be for official Men's competitions starting when new score cards have been printed changing the stroke indices

The only changes to the way you play is that the 7th hole will now be a par 4 played off the yellow tee (white markers moved to tee), and the 15th hole will now be played as a par 4 also again playing off the yellow tee

Marriott have plans to construct a new tee on the 15th to the right of the existing one, and move the white tee on the 4th hole further up the hill where the winter green for the 17th hole is thus extending the hole

This change will be introduced for the start of the INDIVIDUAL competitions.

 TEMPORARY SCORE CARD WILL BE ISSUED FOR ALL MENS COMPETITIONS

new stroke indices will apply for stableford and matchplay competitions
